Refund and Rescheduling Policy

1. Coaching and Consulting Services: Unused coaching sessions can be refunded up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. If you need to reschedule a coaching or consulting session, please sign in to your account on the My Account page at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date.
2. Webinars: Webinars are refundable up to 2 days before the webinar start date. To request a refund please contact us at support@drstephaniestratford.com.
3. Digital Products: Ebooks and online courses are non-refundable once the materials have been accessed.
4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule a Session: To request a refund , please contact us at https://drstephaniestratford.com/support/. For rescheduling a coaching or consulting session, please sign in to your account on the My Account page and select the desired appointment, at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date.
5. Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe that the request is fraudulent or abusive. We also reserve the right to modify this refund and rescheduling policy at any time without notice.
