Refund and Rescheduling Policy
- Coaching and Consulting Services: Unused coaching sessions can be refunded up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. If you need to reschedule a coaching or consulting session, please sign in to your account on the My Account page at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date.
- Webinars: Webinars are refundable up to 2 days before the webinar start date. To request a refund please contact us at email@example.com.
- Digital Products: Ebooks and online courses are non-refundable once the materials have been accessed.
- How to Request a Refund or Reschedule a Session: To request a refund , please contact us at https://drstephaniestratford.com/support/. For rescheduling a coaching or consulting session, please sign in to your account on the My Account page and select the desired appointment, at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date.
- Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe that the request is fraudulent or abusive. We also reserve the right to modify this refund and rescheduling policy at any time without notice.
