Returns & Refunds

Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis at the discretion of We ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and we commit to offering grace when needed.

  • The Client may cancel an order up to 2 days before the appointment date and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send a message through the Contact Us page.
  • If necessary, the Client may reschedule a session by signing in to the My Account page and clicking the “Appointments” option. This option is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited. 
  • If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions, then the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.

For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, please let us know through the Contact Us page. If you decide to stop learning a specific Course, you can ask for a refund within 2 days from the day of purchase.

Please Note: If you have completed the course you will not be eligible for a refund. Also, users who purchase and refund multiple Courses may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.

The refund process usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution, however in some cases, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.  If it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was processed by, please contact your bank directly to inquire about the status of the refund.

If you purchased a program of multiple courses, you can ask for refunds for uncompleted courses only, subject to the terms described above. In such cases, the refund amount will be the Program’s total price minus the completed Courses’ full price (regardless of the discount given for those Courses as part of the program).

Privacy & cookies

 – You directly provide us with the information we collect: when you register to the Site, use it, complete forms, or register to any of our programs. 

Where relevant under applicable laws, all processing of your personal information will be justified by a “lawful ground” for processing as detailed below.

We use personal information to provide you with quality service and security, to operate the Site, understand how people use the Site, and to perform our obligations to you; to ensure integrity and security; to prevent fraud; to contact you and send you direct marketing communications; to promote and advertise the Site, and our services; to comply with lawful requests by public authorities and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We will keep personal information only for as long as is required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. However, in some cases we will retain personal information for longer periods of time.

This Site is offered and available to users who are at least 18 years of age and of legal age to form a binding contract. Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age, are only permitted to use the Site through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission. Minors under 13 are not permitted to use the Site or services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We share personal information with third parties in order to operate the Site, provide our services to you, fulfil obligations imposed on us by applicable laws and regulations, and prevent fraud, infringements and illegal activities.

Some of the personal information you provide to us will be stored or processed on our behalf by third party suppliers and data processors and may be located in other jurisdictions, such as the United States and Israel.

We take steps to ensure that the personal information we collect is accurate and up to date, and we provide you with the opportunity to update your information through your account profile settings. In the event that you believe your information is in any way incorrect or inaccurate, please let us know immediately.
